About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Head of E-Commerce to lead and scale our digital business across Marketplace and Direct-to-Consumer (D2 C) channels. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and strategic expansion initiatives while managing a team of approximately 25 professionals.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e-commerce leadership, solid commercial acumen, expertise in marketplace management, D2 C operations, financial planning, business development, and end-to-end P&L; ownership
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the overall e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives.
Drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market share across all online channels.
Develop annual business plans, budgets, forecasts, and growth roadmaps.
Identify new business opportunities, categories, channels, and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.
Marketplace Business Management




Lead and scale marketplace business across key e-commerce platforms.
Drive sales growth through assortment planning, pricing strategies, promotions, advertising, and content optimization.
Build and manage strong relationships with marketplace partners and account management teams.
Negotiate commercial terms, joint business plans, and growth initiatives.
Direct-to-Consumer (D2 C) Business
Own and drive D2 C business performance, including website sales, customer acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization.
Lead digital marketing initiatives across performance marketing, SEO, CRM, social commerce, affiliate marketing, and customer engagement.
Improve customer experience, website performance, merchandising, and conversion rates through data-driven insights.
P&L; Ownership
Own the complete e-commerce P&L;, including revenue, gross margins, operating expenses, and profitability.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business reviews.
