Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager – Commercial Leasing & Outright Sales to lead and manage leasing and outright transactions across South Mumbai and BKC , two of the most premium commercial micro-markets in the country. The role involves handling corporate leasing/outright sales , advising clients on market strategy, and managing transactions from client onboarding to deal closure.
The ideal candidate will bring strong market knowledge, excellent client-handling capabilities, and proven experience in negotiating and closing commercial leasing transactions.
Key Responsibilities




Manage end-to-end commercial leasing & sales transactions for office spaces, including client acquisition, requirement analysis, property shortlisting, negotiations, and deal closure.
Act as a key advisor to corporate occupiers, family businesses, landlords, and developers , offering market insights, rental benchmarks, and strategic leasing solutions.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of corporate clients through networking, referrals, and ongoing client relationships.
Conduct site visits, presentations, and commercial evaluations tailored to client requirements.
Lead lease negotiations, commercial structuring, and finalization of terms to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
Coordinate with legal teams for LOIs, term sheets, and lease documentation , ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory norms.
