Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manage r with experience in handling government digital marketing project s. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, client servicing, and cross-functional team coordinatio n to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute digital marketing projects for government clients
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and relationship management
Handle account management and client servicing, ensuring client satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams including graphic designers, video editors, and content writers, Social media manager.
Develop project plans, timelines, and ensure on-time delivery
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively
Ensure all deliverables align with client expectations and brand guidelines




Conduct regular client meetings, status updates, and reporting
Collaborate with performance marketing and strategy teams for campaign execution
Requirements-
2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing agency
Prior experience in handling government projects is mandatory
Strong experience in account management and client servicing
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
Understanding of digital marketing channels (Social Media, SEO, Paid Ads, Content)
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Experience workin g with government tenders / PSU
