We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (1–3 years) to produce high-impact visual content across digital and print channels. You will translate briefs into scroll-stopping creatives for social media, ads, websites, and client campaigns. The ideal candidate blends strong fundamentals — typography, layout, colour, composition — with fluency in AI-assisted design workflows that accelerate ideation and production without compromising quality or brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Design social media creatives, ad banners, brochures, presentations, and branding assets aligned to client and campaign briefs.
Develop and maintain visual consistency across multiple brands and channels.
Use AI image and design tools to rapidly generate concepts, mood boards, and variations, then refine them into polished, on-brand deliverables.
Collaborate with marketing, content,



and video teams to deliver integrated campaigns on schedule.
Iterate quickly on feedback from creative leads and clients, managing multiple projects in parallel.
Prepare files correctly for digital publishing and print, maintaining an organised asset library.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design (or equivalent).
Hands-on experience with AI design tools — Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, and Chat GPT / Google Gemini for ideation, copy assistance, and concept generation.
Strong grasp of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to take a brief and produce multiple distinct directions quickly.
Sharp eye for detail and brand consistency.
Qualifications
Intermediate (10+2) education completed, with at least a diploma or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
1–3 years of qualified design experience, ideally in an ag
