Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator who can serve as the vital link between clients, designers, and the production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, suggesting suitable products, coordinating design layouts, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring smooth execution of orders—from inquiry to delivery and after-sales support.




This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, has an eye for design and detail, and can manage multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients from inquiry to delivery.
Understand client requirements, brand style, and project timelines.
Suggest appropriate products, materials, and solutions from our portfolio.
Prepare detailed briefs and coordinate with the design team to create design layouts and concepts.
Present designs to clients, gather feedback, and confirm final approvals.
Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations based on approved designs.
Secure order confirmations and advance payments from clients.
Create job sheets and production lists for the production team, ensuring clarity and completeness of specifications.
Monitor the production process to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
