Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced finance professional who will act as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of a recently listed SME on the BSE. The ideal candidate will bring 3–4 years of relevant experience in the staffing industry or a similar setup, with a robust grasp of financial accounting, compliance, and investor engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive financial discipline while building a credible and positive financial narrative for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
: Oversee end-to-end financial accounting, reporting, and supervision of company finance
s Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory standard
s Manage all post-IPO compliance requirements, including SEBI, BSE, and other statutory obligation
s Lead and coordinate Board Meetings, prepare board packs, and present financial insights to the Boar
d Act as the primary interface for investors, analysts, and stakeholders; build strong investor relation




s Support and coordinate PR activities to enhance the company’s financial image and market positionin
g Develop and communicate a compelling financial outlook and growth strateg
y Implement robust internal controls, financial systems, and governance practice
s Collaborate with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies
