Role Description The Lead Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Zoho-based ERP and automation projects for clients across industries. This full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring deliverables align with client requirements and quality standards. The Lead Project Manager will monitor project progress,



identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders through regular updates and reviews. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into actionable project plans, supervising implementation and configuration work, and ensuring effective user training and adoption. The role also involves continuous process improvement, documentation of best practices, and mentoring junior project team members to support consistent, high-quality project outcomes.
Qualifications
