Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive with experience in the IT Infrastructure industry to support the sales team in quotation management, customer coordination, proposal preparation, and order execution. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely submission of commercial and technical quotations, customer follow-up, and smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers for IT Infrastructure solutions including hardware, software, networking, cloud, and managed services.
•
Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, vendors, and internal technical teams to obtain pricing and solution inputs.
•
Conduct regular customer follow-up on submitted quotations, approvals, and business opportunities.
•
Support the sales team in RFQ/RFP processing, bid submissions, and proposal documentation.
•
Maintain and track the quotation pipeline,



opportunity status, and customer records in CRM/ERP systems.
•
Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for order processing and execution.
•
Prepare commercial comparisons, pricing sheets, and sales reports.
•
Ensure timely renewal follow-up for AMC, support contracts, and existing customer requirements.
•
Address customer queries and ensure high service standards throughout the sales cycle.
•
Maintain proper documentation of contracts, purchase orders, and sales-related records.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or related discipline.
•
3–5 years of experience in Sales Support / Inside Sales / Presales Coordination within an IT Infrastructure company.
•
Hands-on experience in preparing quotations, proposals, RFQs, customer follow-ups, and order coordination.

Familiarity with IT Infrastructure products and so
