About the Role We are seeking an experienced Finance Consultant with deep expertise in the NBFC and digital lending ecosystem to provide strategic financial leadership and guidance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, audits, treasury management, fundraising support, and financial planning within NBFCs.
The role requires a seasoned professional who can partner with leadership to strengthen financial controls, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize financial performance, and support the organization's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Governance Lead and manage complete financial reporting, MIS, and audit processes for NBFC operations.
Ensure timely preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Develop and monitor financial dashboards and management reporting frameworks.




Strengthen internal financial controls and governance mechanisms.
Financial Planning & Strategic Advisory Build and maintain agile financial models for business planning, budgeting, forecasting, fundraising, and investor presentations.
Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and operational decision-making.
Advise senior leadership on profitability enhancement, cost optimization, and business expansion initiatives.
Reconciliation & Financial Controls Oversee end-to-end reconciliation across all financial instruments, loan portfolios, banking channels, payment gateways, and third-party accounts.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems.
Identify and resolve financial discrepancies and process gaps.
Regulatory Compliance & Audit Ensure full compliance with RBI regulations, Ind-AS requirements, Companies Act provisions, and NBFC-specific accounting standards.
