Responsibilities
Managing & Updating financial records in Quick Books (Bills, Invoices, Bank Entries)
Close the books of account periodically (by the 20th of each month)




Perform GAAP-compliant revenue and expense matching
Maintain and update inventory tracking using Google Sheets
Complete account reconciliations and assist with financial reporting
Assist with other accounting/audit-related tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of accounting experience (e-commerce experience mandatory)
Proficiency with Quick Books Online and Google Sheets
Robust understanding of GAAP principles
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in an E-Commerce industry mandatory
GL experience (Inventory costing experience) mandatory
MIS experience (preferred)
