Job Summary
We are looking for a Polish-speaking Customer Service Executive to provide exceptional support to our Polish market. The role involves assisting customers, managing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, orders, and product-related information.
Provide timely and professional customer support.
Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution.
Requirements
Fluency in Polish and English (written and verbal).
Experience in customer service is preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle queries professionally.
Basic knowledge of MS Office ; CRM experience is an added advantage.
