About the Role
We are looking for an creative and results-driven Generative AI Specialis t to design, evaluate, optimize, and implement AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with prompt engineering, AI evaluation, workflow automation, content generation, AI training, or AI product development.
You will work closely with product, engineering, operations, and business teams to identify opportunities where Generative AI can drive efficiency, improve user experiences, and create business value.
Key Responsibilities
Generative AI Solution Development
Design and implement Generative AI solutions for business and operational use cases.
Develop AI-powered workflows, assistants, chatbots, knowledge systems, and automation tools.
Translate business requirements into effective AI-driven solutions.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI for productivity, efficiency, and innovation.
Prompt Engineering & Optimization
Create, test,



and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs).
Develop reusable prompt libraries and prompt frameworks.
Experiment with prompting techniques including few-shot prompting, chain-of-thought prompting, and structured prompting.
Continuously improve prompt effectiveness based on evaluation results and user feedback.
AI Evaluation & Quality Assurance
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and safety.
Identify hallucinations, factual inaccuracies, biases, and quality issues.
Define evaluation frameworks and quality benchmarks.
Collaborate with AI quality teams to improve model performance and user satisfaction.
AI Training & Knowledge Enhancement
Assist in training and improving AI systems through structured human feedback.
Support dataset creation, annotation review, and evaluation workflows.
Contribute to AI model fine-tuning initiatives and response optimization strategies
