About the Role
This is an AI-Driven Quality (AI-DLC) role — quality engineering for the AI era. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to drive quality from requirements through production-ready automation. This is not a "write a few Playwright scripts" role — it requires a quality engineering mindset, solid test architecture instincts, and the ability to translate business requirements directly into robust, traceable automated coverage using AI-assisted tooling.
Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on expertise with Playwright + Type Script
Experience with functional and visual test automation
Solid API testing experience




Hands-on experience with Jira and Zephyr for test management and traceability
Experience with CI/CD pipelines — Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or Azure Dev Ops
Proven experience in test architecture and framework development
Exposure to AI-assisted testing or quality engineering tools
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and quality engineering principles
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop automated functional and visual test solutions using Playwright, Type Script, and AI-assisted quality engineering tools
Convert business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and design specifications into robust automated test coverage with clear traceability
Build and maintain reusable automation components — page objects, test utilities, test data strategies, and quality governance standards
Integrate automation workflows with Jira, Zephyr, CI/CD pipelines, reporting platforms, and quality dashboards for end-to-end visibility
