Nerve Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and execution-focused Project Delivery Manager to drive sprint execution, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of software development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives

• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments

• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively drive resolutions

• Coordinate with Engineering Leads and Managers to resolve technical and resource-related blockers

• Manage stakeholder and client communications, including project updates, scope discussions, and timeline management

• Maintain project dashboards,



reports, and delivery metrics using Jira, Asana, or similar tools

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Project Delivery, Agile Project Management, Scrum Master, or related roles

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar project management tools

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile certification is a plus
