Role Description

The BIM Manager will oversee the development, coordination, and management of electrical BIM models for large-scale data center projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements, standards, and client expectations. Daily responsibilities include leading BIM coordination meetings, resolving clashes between electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and architectural models,



and maintaining model integrity and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves collaborating closely with design engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to support design reviews, constructability analysis, and installation sequencing.

The BIM Manager will also help establish and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and best practices, mentor junior team members, and support the integration of new BIM tools and processes to improve project delivery.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with experience managing complex BIM models on large projects. Strong BIM Coordination skills, including clash detection, issue tracking, and cross-discipline model integration. Experience with Virtual Design processes, 3 D/4 D modeling, and model-based collaboration for design and construction teams. Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documen
