About the Role
Ettle designs and manufactures metal-led systems for modern spaces — including
hospitality furniture, stainless-steel utility products, modular factory infrastructure, racks,
trolleys, workstations, and custom metal assemblies.
We are looking for a hands-on engineer who can help convert ideas, sketches, 3 D models,
and prototypes into fabrication-ready, cost-aware, repeatable products. This role sits
between design, production, vendors, and the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
-Study product concepts, sketches, 3 D models, and samples for manufacturability.
-Check basic feasibility related to material, strength, stability, joinery, welding,
bending, assembly, finishing, and hardware.
-Prepare, check, or release fabrication drawings, BOMs, cut and bend lists, hardware
lists, and material lists.
-Coordinate with laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, polishing, powder coating,
assembly, and vendor teams.
-Support prototype and first-sample development; identify issues and suggest
practical improvements.
-Work with welders, fitters, machine operators,
stores, vendors, finishing teams, and
dispatch teams to ensure smooth production.
-Help solve shop-floor issues related to alignment, welding sequence, distortion,
fitment, finishing, and assembly.
-Develop simple jigs, fixtures, templates, QC checks, and SOPs for repeat products.
-Support costing through material estimates, process understanding, hardware lists,
finishing inputs, and vendor comparisons.
-Check significant dimensions, finish quality, stability, hardware fitment, assembly,
packing, and dispatch readiness.

-SS utility furniture
-MS/SS racks and trolleys
-Modular workstations
-Canteen tables and benches
-Drawer and cabinet systems
-Hospitality chairs, tables, and sofas
