The role involves sourcing talent, managing end-to-end campaign execution, and ensuring impactful brand collaborations across platforms like Tik Tok, Instagram, and You Tube. The ideal candidate will have robust negotiation, communication, and analytical skills with a proven track record in influencer or digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and manage creator and influencer partnerships.
- Oversee campaign execution, timelines, and deliverables.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize creator selection and ROI.
- Maintain relationships with creators, agencies, and talent managers.
- Handle contracts, invoicing, and compliance requirements.
