This is not a back-office role. This is a founding sales position. You will be one of the first people to represent us in this market, and your work will directly determine how many lives we reach.

THE ROLE
As an Enrollment Specialist, you convert eligible and interested patients into active,



enrolled program members. This is consultative inside sales with real mission — warm leads, structured conversations, and a product you can be genuinely proud of.
You'll work a pipeline of referred and inbound leads (from doctors, health plans, and digital channels) and guide people through the decision to enrol. You're the first voice they hear from us. The person who helps them decide that today is the day.
This is NOT a clinical role. It is a high-performance sales role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
→ Work a warm lead pipeline via call, Whats App, and video — ~50–70 meaningful conversations per week
→ Run structured discovery conversations to understand the patient's situation, fears, and readiness — then connect our program and products to what matters to them
→ Handle objections confidently: cost, timing, scepticism, family dynamics
→ Own the fu
