We are seeking an experienced Director – Data Science to lead the organization's AI and Machine Learning initiatives across credit risk, fraud detection, collections, customer service, customer acquisition, and business analytics. This leadership role will be responsible for driving data science strategy, managing the end-to-end model lifecycle, mentoring a high-performing team, and delivering measurable business impact through advanced analytics and AI solutions.

Responsibilitie
s Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions to solve complex business challenges across multiple functions . Drive end-to-end ownership of the model lifecycle, including development, validation, implementation, monitoring, and optimization . Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Data Science team .



Partner with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making . Develop predictive and prescriptive models across credit risk, fraud analytics, customer behavior, collections, and operational efficiency . Leverage Gen AI and advanced analytics to improve customer experience and operational productivity . Ensure scalability, governance, and continuous improvement of machine learning models . Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders . Drive innovation through the adoption of emerging AI, ML, and cloud technologies .
Requiremen
ts8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytic s. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative disciplin e.
