Job Title: Sales Head – Commercial Interiors

Industry Preference: Commercial Interior Fit-Outs, Design & Build, Turnkey Interior Projects, Corporate Office Interiors, Workplace Solutions, Interior Contracting, Commercial Real Estate

We are looking for an experienced Sales Head with a strong background in commercial interiors who can independently generate business opportunities, build strong corporate relationships, and drive closures for Design & Build and Turnkey Interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through corporate meetings, networking, references, Linked In outreach, brokers, consultants, architects, PMCs, IPCs, and channel partners.

• Identify and connect with CXOs, Admin Heads, Facility Heads, Procurement Teams, Real Estate Teams, Project Heads, Workplace Teams, and key corporate decision-makers.

• Pitch commercial interior fit-out, design & build, turnkey interior, workplace solutions, and office transformation services to prospective clients.





• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to proposal discussions, negotiations, and project closures.

• Generate opportunities related to office relocations, office expansions, workplace upgrades, refurbishment projects, and current office setup requirements.

• Develop strong relationships with architects, PMCs, consultants, IPCs, brokers, commercial real estate professionals, and corporate stakeholders.

• Coordinate closely with internal design, estimation, project, and execution teams for presentations, BOQs, proposals, and commercial submissions.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of commercial office interior projects across Gurugram, Delhi NCR, and surrounding markets.

• Track market trends, upcoming office projects, corporate expansions, leasing movements, and competitor activities.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining healthy conversion
