Role Description The Senior Holiday Consultant will manage end-to-end holiday planning for clients, including understanding travel preferences, preparing customized itineraries, and recommending suitable destinations, accommodation, and activities. This full time, on-site role, based in Kozhikode, involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating bookings with airlines,



hotels, and local partners, and ensuring timely confirmation of all travel arrangements. The consultant will provide accurate pricing, prepare quotations, and manage amendments, cancellations, and special requests while maintaining high service standards. Day-to-day tasks include following up with leads, maintaining client records, and upselling or cross-selling relevant holiday packages. The role also requires close collaboration with internal operations and support teams to resolve issues promptly and ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.
Qualifications
Proven experience in holiday consulting, travel sales, or tour operations, preferably in international and domestic holiday packages.
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to understand client needs, build rapport, and provide clear, professional advice.
