Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Receptionist. The Senior Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, customers, and team members. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, handling daily receptionist duties, maintaining records and coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication in a remote environment.



Additional responsibilities may include coordinating administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service to uphold company standards.

Office Timing

This is a full-time remote position with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, 6 days a week (Monday weekly off). The role requires punctuality, availability during working hours, and a professional approach to handling calls and coordination tasks.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
