As an RCM Specialist, you will manage end-to-end functions within the US healthcare revenue cycle, including Accounts Receivable (AR- calling), Benefits Check (calling), Prior Authorization (calling), Billing, and Credentialing (non-calling).
This is a multi-functional role requiring strong ownership across both payor-facing calling workflows and backend operational processes. The role ensures accurate benefit verification, timely authorizations, effective AR follow-ups, clean claim submission, and compliant provider credentialing to support uninterrupted care delivery and revenue flow.
