Job Description:
We are hiring a Quick Books Online Executive / Bookkeeper for our accounting and bookkeeping team. The candidate must have prior hands-on experience working on Quick Books Online (QBO) and should be comfortable handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for clients.
This is a strictly on-site role, and candidates must be willing to work from our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Recording day-to-day accounting transactions in Quick Books Online Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Creating and recording bills, invoices, payments,
and receipts Performing bank and credit card reconciliations Reviewing vendor and customer ledgers Categorizing banking transactions accurately Maintaining proper bookkeeping records Supporting month-end closing and basic financial reporting Coordinating with the internal team for pending documents and transaction clarification Handling other accounting and bookkeeping-related tasks as required Required Skills and Experience:
Prior working experience in Quick Books Online is mandatory Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles Knowledge of AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and transaction recording Good attention to detail and accuracy in work Ability to manage assigned tasks responsibly Basic Excel knowledge will be preferred Experience in US bookkeeping will be an added advantage Significant Requirement:
