Our client is entering a defining phase of scale. To support our aggressive 2028 growth targets, we are launching ELEV8 - our structured, multi-wave enterprise transformation program designed to fundamentally elevate our operating model maturity.

ELEV8 is a holistic corporate evolution, encompassing a complex matrix of initiatives spanning operational process re-engineering, technology modernization, workforce restructuring, commercial governance, and organizational design.

To lead this mission, we are seeking a heavyweight Transformation Program Manager.



This individual will establish the enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) from scratch and own program execution end-to-end.

While ELEV8 includes core technology components (including ERP, WMS, and TMS landscapes), the vast majority of the work involves business orchestration, operational alignment, and cross-functional change. We need a strategic operator who can step back, view the entire business ecosystem, and drive execution across both tech and non-tech workstreams simultaneously.
