Sowaka Health is building the first compliance‐native platform for named‐patient and early access programs in India and underserved markets globally. Through our proprietary platform, Sowaka OS, we operate specialty access and named‐patient programs for unapproved and hard‐to‐access medicines, working with hospitals, physicians, and global suppliers to create protected, audit‐ready "port‐to‐patient" pathways. In markets where patients needing pre‐commercial or unlicensed breakthrough therapies have limited structured, credible access routes, we are creating that pathway from the ground up with the intent to make it the global standard.

Role purpose

The Lead BD – Access and Strategic Partnerships is a foundational India commercial‐access role responsible for building Sowaka's India‐facing institutional, pharmaceutical sponsor, and strategic partnership funnel. This is a hands‐on B2 B role that combines institutional access development, hospital and procurement engagement, pharma‐sponsor relationship building, vendor onboarding,



referral‐channel development, and structured commercial follow‐through.

The role is designed for a doer‐leader who can personally open doors, qualify opportunities, move hospitals and partners through approval/onboarding processes, and create repeatable access channels before later managing a broader team as the organisation scales. You will work closely with commercial leadership, founders, access operations, sourcing, logistics, regulatory, quality, PV, external advisors, and institutional stakeholders to convert qualified India opportunities into executable access workflows.

This is not a traditional, product‐promotion pharma sales role. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating with high ownership, strong commercial discipline, and clear compliance boundaries in a regulated patient‐access environment where Sowaka does not promote products or influence clinical decisions.
