Job Title: Project Manager – Dialer & Contact Centre Solutions

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation & integration of dialer & Contact Centre related projects, ensuring timely delivery & optimization, vendor management and governance of dialer solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and hands-on experience in contact centre technologies, API integrations, AI-driven automation solutions & optimize connectivity across channels.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and post-production support. Prepare project plans, timelines, resource allocation, risk registers, and status reports. Exhibit valuable communication skills to coordinate with business, compliance, operations, technology, and vendor teams to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project milestones, budgets, deliverables, and quality standards with sound analytical skills. Drive adoption across sales, operations, compliance, and customer service functions. Required Qualifications

Any graduate. Experience

Up to 5 years of project management experience.
