About the Role

As the Senior Manager Procurement at Statiq,, you will lead strategicsourcing, procurement operations, supplier partnerships, and logistics optimization within the Supply Chain Management function. This role is critical in ensuring cost-effective, quality-driven, and uninterrupted supply chain operations aligned with business growth objectives. The incumbent will be responsible for driving procurement strategy, supplier performance, inventory governance, and end-to-end material planning while ensuring alignment with production requirements, budget targets, and organizational priorities. The role demands strong commercial acumen, cross-functional leadership,



and deep expertise in strategic sourcing within engineering, automotive, or EV environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement procurement strategies, sourcing policies,and operational frameworks to optimize end-to-end supply chain value across business verticals. Lead strategic procurement, sourcing, vendor management, and logistics operations across business verticals. Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and SOPs to drive cost efficiency, quality, and operational excellence. Manage strategic material sourcingand annual procurement spend of ₹100–200 Cr. Build and strengthen supplierrelationships, negotiate commercial terms, and monitorsupplier performance. Drive inventory planning and control to ensure material availability alignedwith production and sales plans. Monitor key supply chain KPIs such as lead time, on-timedelivery, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment.
