Whitespace Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Doors & Hardware Project Manager / Lead Estimator to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Division 08 (Doors, Frames & Hardware) and Division 10 (Restroom Accessories) who are passionate about delivering accurate estimates, managing projects efficiently, and collaborating with US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities :-
Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents to determine project requirements. Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for Division 08 (Doors & Hardware) and Division 10 (Restroom Accessories) projects. Perform quantity take-offs and validate project scope with precision. Solicit, evaluate, and compare vendor quotations to ensure competitive and accurate pricing. Analyze and resolve estimating discrepancies while maintaining cost accuracy. Coordinate with internal teams and participate in meetings with US-based clients.
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of key milestones. Manage RFIs, submittals, purchase orders (POs), project documentation, billing support, and related project activities. Utilize estimating software such as OST, Stack, Bluebeam, Plan Swift, Logikal, or equivalent platforms. Work with industry-specific software, including e MULLION and Comsense. Effectively manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a quick-paced environment. Qualifications :-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience). 3–4+ years of relevant experience in Doors & Hardware (Division 08) estimation and project management.
