Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced OEM Program Manager to lead end-to-end execution of strategic OEM partnerships and customer programs. This role requires a unique blend of program management, customer relationship management, technical understanding, and cross-functional leadership.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for OEM customers,



driving projects from concept to deployment while ensuring seamless coordination between customers and internal teams.

What You'll Own

Program Execution
Own the end-to-end execution of OEM customer programs, from planning through deployment and post-launch support. Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risk registers, and escalation frameworks. Track hardware, software, integration, and deployment milestones while proactively resolving risks and blockers. Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Product, and Operations teams. Customer Management
Act as the primary point of contact for OEM customers across technical, commercial, and relationship management activities. Lead customer meetings, technical reviews, project status updates, and executive presentations. Build solid relationships with OEM engineering, procurement, quality, and leadership
