Role Overview
We are looking for a "Senior Financial Analyst II" to join our Finance team in Pune. In this role, you will drive efficiency by simplifying and standardizing FP& A processes, ensuring accurate reporting, and delivering actionable insights to business leaders. You will partner with cross‐functional teams to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting, while also managing compliance and revenue recognition.
Must Have skills:
1) End to end Financial Data Analysis – Dashboard creation using (Power BI/Tableau/ any tool)
2) Profit & Loss (P& L) management and analysis
3)
Reporting – Variance analysis, cost impact analysis, and sales analysis
4) Budgeting & Forecasting – Plan vs. actuals, forecast vs. plans
5) Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management
Key Note: We are seeking candidates preferably from manufacturing companies only. Profiles from IT or GCC setups will not be considered.
Main Responsibilities
Business Partnering with division leaders (end-to-end). Build Financial Models for business deals analyze risks and propose mitigation plans. Conduct moderate to complex Business & Financial Analysis. Support Strategic Planning, ad hoc reporting, and analysis for internal/external stakeholders. Coordinate closely with Sales and Leadership teams on Budgeting and Monthly Forecasting for business units.
