We are hiring an Accountant & Finance Manager who can independently manage the company's day-to-day accounting, finance operations, statutory compliance, payroll, taxation, and reporting requirements.

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Work Mode: Work from office

Timings: 10 AM to 6 PM

Responsibilities:

Manage the company's day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions.
Handle GST filings, TDS deductions and returns, tax-related documentation, and statutory compliance.
Manage PF, ESIC, payroll processing, salary structuring, and salary disbursement.
Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase entries, payment records, expense statements, and vendor/client ledgers.




Track receivables and payables and ensure timely follow-ups, collections, and payments.
Maintain bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations, and accurate financial records.
Coordinate with internal teams, external CAs, consultants, vendors, and government portals for compliance and documentation.
Monitor monthly expenses, cash flow, and day-to-day financial movement across the business.
Support management with financial data, reports, and basic MIS for decision-making.
Ensure proper maintenance of records related to taxation, payroll, vendor payments, reimbursements, and other finance operations.
Handle compliance-related documentation and ensure deadlines are met without lapses.
Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and process improvement as the company scales.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in accounts, finance, taxation, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Solid knowledge of GST,
