Minimum Qualification & Experience
Applicants should possess a Master's Degree in Production & Operations Management, Operations Management, MBA (Operations), Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized university. Candidates with a Ph. D. in the relevant discipline will be preferred.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of teaching experience in a recognized university, college, or management institute is mandatory.



Candidates should have experience in teaching Production & Operations Management and related subjects to BBA and MBA students.
Desired Competencies
- Strong subject knowledge in production and operations management.
- Excellent communication and classroom management abilities.
- Ability to integrate operational concepts with practical business applications and case studies.
- Passion for teaching, research, and academic excellence.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, operations analytics, or quality management tools will be an added advantage.
- Ability to mentor students and contribute effectively to academic initiatives.
Age & Profile Preference
- Candidates with prior teaching experience in higher education institutions will be preferred.
- Candidates must have excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
- A strong academic profile with research publications, conference presentations, or participation
