Role Overview - (4 - 6 years of experience only)
We are looking for an Omnichannel E-commerce & Growth Manager to lead and scale PWPL’s portfolio of brands across D2 C websites, online marketplaces, and offline retail. The role focuses on revenue growth, product execution, marketplace management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market share.
- Identify and pursue recent business opportunities, alliances, and distribution partnerships across India and global markets.
- Build data-driven strategies for profitability and sustainable growth.




- Oversee new product development from concept to commercialization.
Product & Market Development
- Lead the full product lifecycle - ideation, sourcing, design, branding, pricing & launch.
- Collaborate with manufacturing partners to ensure quality, safety, and innovation.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and technologies.
- Use analytics to track performance, consumer behavior, and marketing impact.
- Guide pricing, assortment, and inventory planning through data insights.
- Establish feedback systems from customer insights to refine strategies.
Retail Marketplace Management (Online & Offline)
- Oversee sales across D2 C platforms, marketplaces, and retail channels.
- Lead website strategy, user experience, and digital customer journeys.
- Optimize marketing funnels and conversion metrics with marketing teams.
- Ensure consistent brand, pricing, and service standards across channels.
