What You'll Do
Client Relationship Management Build and nurture strong relationships with founders, leadership teams, and key stakeholders




Act as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned accounts
Understand client businesses, challenges, and growth objectives
Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend solutions
Ensure a consistently high level of client satisfaction and retention
Strategic Account Leadership Lead account planning and develop communication strategies aligned with business goals
Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and grow accounts
Guide campaign direction by aligning client objectives with creative and marketing solutions
Present proposals, strategies, creative concepts, and campaign recommendations to clients
Support current business conversations and contribute to revenue growth
Project & Team Collaboration Work closely with strategists, creatives, content teams, designers, and production teams to deliver exceptional work
Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
