Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Oracle Hyperion Planning/EPBCS role based in Delhi, India. The professional in this role will design, configure, and maintain Oracle Hyperion Planning and EPBCS applications, including metadata, business rules, forms, and reports aligned with planning and budgeting requirements.



Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and partnering with finance and operations teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles. The role involves managing integrations between Oracle Hyperion/EPBCS and other enterprise applications, troubleshooting system issues, and optimizing performance and data flows. Day-to-day tasks also include preparing documentation, supporting user testing and training, and collaborating with consulting and business process teams to improve planning models and controls.
Qualifications
Strong experience with business process analysis and improvement, particularly in planning, budgeting, and forecasting environments.
Background in consulting or advisory roles, with the ability to work with stakeholders to translate business needs into Oracle Hyperion/EPBCS solutions.
