Guide to Heights is a growing education consultancy helping students achieve their study-abroad dreams across Australia, the UK, Current Zealand, and Ireland. We're expanding fast and looking for a strong leader to own and grow our admissions function.
The Role
We're hiring a Branch Head to lead our admissions team and take complete ownership of Kakkanad Kochi Office — making sure every student moves smoothly from counseling through documentation, to visa approval. You'll be the senior decision-maker on the floor, driving both numbers and quality.
This is a leadership role for someone who genuinely loves closing, building strong teams, and getting students across the finish line.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions and counseling team
- Own conversion end-to-end
- Oversee the full student journey.




- Drive fast turnaround at the documentation stage and keep the pipeline moving
- Be the final decision-maker.
- Ensure quality and accuracy that protects visa approval rates
- Report directly to the Director on team performance and conversion metrics
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in overseas education / study-abroad consultancy
- Proven track record as a strong closer with high conversion rates
- Solid knowledge of Australia, UK, and NZ admissions and visa processes
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Strong command of documentation, SOP, and visa-filing requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A results-driven mindset and the confidence to own outcomes
