Role - International Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end financial accounting, reporting, and controllership across international entities.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures and consolidated reporting.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks, SOPs, and compliance mechanisms across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Ind AS, GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA, transfer pricing, and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and group-level finance reviews.
• Oversee treasury operations, cash flow management, working capital optimization, and fund utilization across entities.
• Partner with business and leadership teams on profitability, cost optimization, and strategic finance initiatives.
• Drive finance process automation, MIS improvements, ERP implementation,



and reporting standardization.
• Lead centralization and harmonization of finance processes across group companies.
• Manage inter-company transactions, reconciliations, overseas remittances, and transfer pricing coordination.
• Build and manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and external advisors.
• Support corporate structuring, due diligence, investment evaluations, and strategic projects.
• Ensure robust financial discipline, data integrity, and adherence to group policies.
• Coordinate with legal, secretarial, tax, and operational teams to ensure seamless governance and compliance.
• Oversee the group's insurance portfolio, policy renewals, risk coverage assessments, and claims management.
