Role Overview
The Relationship Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for Ex Quisite members, ensuring every request is managed with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. This role combines client relationship management, concierge services, experience planning, vendor coordination,



and lifestyle assistance.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, service-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple requests while maintaining exceptional standards of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned members.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's preferences, lifestyle, interests, and expectations.
- Serve as the trusted point of contact for all lifestyle and concierge-related requirements.
- Deliver personalised recommendations and solutions aligned with individual client needs.
Concierge & Lifestyle Management
Manage and fulfil member requests across:
- Travel and holiday planning
- Restaurant reservations
- Hospitality and hotel bookings
- Event access and VIP experiences
- Wellness and healthcare services
- Luxury shopping and gifting
- Household and personal assistance
