AADIT ENTERPRISE is seeking an experienced and proactive Purchase Manager with strong industry knowledge in Aluminium, Glass, Façade, and Architectural Systems. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sourcing capabilities, vendor management skills, and a thorough understanding of procurement processes within the construction and façade industry.

Experience Required

3–5 Years of Relevant Industry Experience (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities. Source aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, accessories, façade materials, and related products. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency. Compare quotations and prepare purchase orders in line with project requirements. Coordinate with project, production, and site teams for material planning and procurement. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely material availability. Track market trends, pricing,



and recent supplier opportunities. Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation. Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Aluminium, Glass, Façade, Fenestration, Architectural Hardware, or Construction Industry procurement.
Strong vendor sourcing and supplier development skills.
Excellent negotiation and cost management abilities.
Good understanding of technical specifications and construction materials.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement documentation.
Solid analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
