About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Scouting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and researching content creators across social media platforms, analyzing creator profiles, and building a solid talent pipeline for brand collaborations.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the creator ecosystem, stays updated with digital content trends, and can identify creators with high growth potential based on content quality, audience engagement, authenticity, and brand fit.
Key Responsibilities Scout and identify creators across Instagram, You Tube, Reddit, Snapchat, and emerging social platforms.
Research creator profiles based on campaign and brand requirements.
Build, organize, and maintain an up-to-date creator database.
Evaluate creators based on content quality, audience demographics, engagement, authenticity, and growth potential.




Identify emerging creators and industry trends through continuous market research.
Conduct competitor research to discover relevant creators and content opportunities.
Recommend creators that align with campaign objectives and target audiences.
Collaborate with internal teams by providing qualified creator recommendations.
Maintain accurate records of creator profiles, niches, and performance insights.
Stay informed about platform updates, creator trends, and changes within the creator economy.
Requirements 1–2 years of experience in Influencer Scouting, Creator Research, Influencer Marketing, or a related role.
Demonstrated experience identifying and researching creators across social media platforms.
Strong understanding of Instagram, You Tube, Reddit, Snapchat, and emerging creator ecosystems.
Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to identify creators with strong long-term potential
