AI Engineer / Generative AI Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking an AI Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong Python development skills and hands-on experience building intelligent applications that leverage modern AI technologies to solve real-world business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for knowledge retrieval and question-answering use cases.
- Develop Agentic AI solutions capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and workflow automation.
- Design and implement AI-powered assistants, copilots, and conversational systems.
- Integrate AI applications with external APIs, databases, and third-party services.
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs to support AI applications.




- Build data ingestion, processing, and knowledge management pipelines.
- Implement semantic search and vector search solutions for productive information retrieval.
- Conduct model evaluation, prompt optimization, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver AI-driven business solutions.
- Stay up to date with advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI technologies.
