The VP of Delivery is the delivery backbone of Forsys. You are not just a project manager at scale — you are the strategic architect of how Forsys runs engagements: the governance model, the recovery playbook, the consulting standards, and the culture of accountability that makes clients renew and refer. You will own the health of the entire project portfolio and lead a team of Business Architects, Project Managers, and delivery leads who look to you as their compass.
This is a player-coach role. You will be in the details when it matters — escalating blockers, reframing scope, rebuilding trust with a client at risk — while simultaneously lifting the practice through mentorship, frameworks, and an AI-first consulting approach.

o Portfolio Governance & Project Healt
h Own the delivery health of all active Forsys engagements. Maintain a real-time view of project status — green, at-risk, or red — and ensure every at-risk engagement has a documented recovery path with explicit owners and timelines .
Define and enforce Forsys delivery standards across the portfolio, including milestone governance, risk escalation protocols, change management practices, and executive reporting cadences . Partner with engagement leads to conduct regular health checks and establish early warning systems before issues become client-visible .
