About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Account Director to lead strategic brand relationships, drive account growth, and manage high-performing client servicing teams. This role sits at the intersection of clients, sales, and campaign execution—ensuring exceptional delivery while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships and revenue.
As an Account Director, you'll be responsible for strengthening client relationships, leading integrated influencer marketing campaigns, mentoring teams, and driving business growth within your designated region or industry vertical.

Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Business Growth
Own and manage strategic client relationships across the designated region or vertical. Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying recent opportunities within existing accounts. Act as the primary escalation point for key client stakeholders and ensure long-term client satisfaction. Build trusted relationships with senior brand decision-makers and marketing leaders. Pitching & Revenue Generation
Partner with the Sales team to lead client pitches, proposals, and strategic presentations. Convert opportunities into long-term partnerships through consultative selling and strong solutioning.
