We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user, office infrastructure,
asset management, and project-based support. The role involves troubleshooting, device
lifecycle management, office IT infrastructure support, inventory management, and
coordination with remote technical teams and third-party vendors.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide hands-on technical support, manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle, support office technology infrastructure, and collaborate with global support teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
End-User Support
Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals across Windows, mac OS, and Linux environments. Install, configure, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipment. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and user-related technical issues. Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support teams and track resolutions.



Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Office Infrastructure Support
Support office technology services including LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi, printing services, voice systems, AV equipment, and workplace technologies. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot switches, routers, wireless access points, and related infrastructure components. Assist with conference room technologies, smart office solutions, and digital signage systems. Coordinate scheduled maintenance and infrastructure activities with internal teams and external vendors. Asset Management
Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets, including receiving, registering, imaging, labeling, deployment, tracking, redeployment, and disposal. Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate asset records. Coordinate warranty repairs, hardware replacements, stock management, and equipment redeployment. Ensure compliance
