I am a senior corporate executive based in Gurgaon who travels extensively for work. I am looking for a highly organized, trustworthy and service-oriented professional to take complete ownership of managing my home and personal operations.

This is a long-term role for someone who enjoys creating order, anticipating needs and delivering exceptional service.

Candidates from luxury hospitality, hotels, guest relations, executive housekeeping, cabin crew or personal assistant backgrounds are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Household Operations
Ensure the home is always clean, organized and guest-ready Manage pantry, groceries and household supplies Coordinate with cook, housekeeping and maintenance vendors Handle deliveries, online orders and returns Organize wardrobes, storage and household inventory Travel Support
Pack and unpack luggage Prepare travel essentials Arrange airport transfers when required Maintain a ready-to-travel kit Ensure the home is prepared before departure and ready upon return Personal Assistance




Schedule appointments Book restaurants and services Coordinate insurance, renewals and servicing Track bills and subscriptions Manage key documents and records Vendor & Home Management
Coordinate electricians, plumbers, carpenters, AC servicing, RO servicing and pest control Supervise work quality Maintain annual maintenance schedules Shopping & Errands
Purchase groceries, medicines and household items Source gifts and specialty items Run personal errands when required ⸻

Ideal Candidate
5+ years of experience Background in luxury hospitality preferred Excellent organisational skills High level of integrity and discretion Proactive and detail-oriented Comfortable using smartphones and digital apps Fluent in Hindi; English preferred Able to work independently without constant supervision ⸻
