We're looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our Operations team and play a critical role in driving service excellence across our facility management sites.

If you have a sharp eye for process compliance, a structured approach to audits, and the ability to work across multiple sites — we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

Conduct skill assessments for new hires and identify competency gaps

Validate training effectiveness through on-ground observations

Audit SOP compliance across client sites and publish structured findings





Develop joint action plans with Site Leads and Trainers — and track closure

Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives

Monitor customer-facing service quality and guide corrective action

Ensure site-level safety and compliance readiness

What we're looking for:

Minimum 5 years in soft services / facility management

Experience with premium office spaces or hospitality environments

Background in Hotel Management (Housekeeping & Operations preferred)

Proficiency in audit documentation, Excel, and reporting tools

Solid communication, high integrity, and a process-first mindset

This is a field-based role — you'll travel across city sites per audit schedules, with flexibility based on operational needs.
