Role Overview: Lead and contribute to organisation's strategic initiatives by playing a key role in shaping and executing organizational strategies, fostering innovation, and ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
Responsibilities:
Drive research and development for new programmes, including identifying and building external partnerships.
Design, incubate, and operationalize plans and pilot initiatives for new programmes.
Apply structured methodologies to create innovative, outcome-driven programmes and services for beneficiaries.
Develop and execute comprehensive operational plans for new initiatives.
Manage multiple projects across different lifecycle stages, working in an agile manner under tight timelines.
Build and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth programme development and execution.
Establish frameworks to measure programme outcomes, impact, and reach.
Support the development of communications and branding strategies for new programmes.
Contribute to additional organizational initiatives as required.

Qualification and Skills:

10–12 years of experience in the social sector.
Strong understanding of the social sector, with domain expertise in one or more key areas.
