Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant with solid functional and/or techno-functional expertise to support implementation, enhancement, and support projects across manufacturing, retail, or distribution domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support D365 SCM implementations including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment
Work on core SCM modules such as:
Inventory Management
Warehouse Management (WMS)
Procurement & Sourcing
Product Information Management
Sales & Distribution
Master Planning / Demand Planning
Conduct fit-gap analysis and propose scalable solutions aligned with business requirements
Configure D365 SCM modules, workflows, security roles, and business processes
Prepare functional design documents (FDD), solution blueprints, and test cases
Support data migration , UAT, go-live, and post-production support




Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and reports
Provide user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer
Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders and project teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6–12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / AX Supply Chain Management
Strong hands-on experience in at least 2–3 SCM modules
Experience with end-to-end D365 implementations (minimum 1–2 projects)
Good understanding of supply chain business processes
Exposure to LCS, RSAT, Data Management Framework (DMF)
Knowledge of integrations with third-party systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have:
Experience on D365 Finance – basic understanding
Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI)
Exposure to manufacturing or retail industry projects
Microsoft Dynamics certification (SCM / AX / D365)
