✅ Must-Have Skills:
5+ years of experience in IVR development
Hands-on experience with IVR platforms like Nuance (NDF/Mix preferred), Genesys, Dialogflow, AWS Lex, Avaya, or Cisco
Robust knowledge of Voice XML (VXML) and IVR frameworks
Programming skills in Java / Python / Node JS / C++
Experience in Conversational AI / Voice Bot / IVA projects
Good understanding of NLU & NLP concepts
Experience in REST API integration
Knowledge of telephony protocols (SIP, TDM)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Basic experience in SQL / No SQL databases
Preferred Profile:
Candidates with Nuance IVR development experience
Exposure to end-to-end IVR lifecycle (design → development → testing → deployment)
Understanding of contact center ecosystems
